Parents

We don't just teach children. We lead them to both academic and personal success. At AICS all our students are taught by a team of staff who are expert educators and dedicated mentors. AICS offers an internationally recognised curriculum that is tailored to the needs of international students, comfortable modern facilities in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

At Home in any Language
AICS offers international primary, secondary including pre-university education to students of all nationalities, abilities and classes living in the Netherlands. Lessons are given in English, but students need to master at least one other language, as language skills foster long-term participation in the greater international community and learning in general. AICS also encourage all its students to participate in the local Dutch community as much as possible, thereby aiding the international child’s integration into the Netherlands.

 

Being involved as an International Parent
At AICS every parent/guardian is a member of the Parent’s Support Group.  Every class has an elected parent representative, and parent representatives meet regularly with the Participation Council. Parents are a part of our school, members of our local community, and important representatives of our international philosophy and identity.
